Returns & Exchanges

At NoiR Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
